【ミニアンケート結果】『カラダ』動かしてる?

「体力維持・筋肉増強・ストレス解消」運動はカラダだけでなく心のケアにもなります。
ヴェスネットでは、日頃の『運動』についてアンケート調査をしました。

『週2~3回』の方が30%と一番多く、『毎日』『週1回』の方と合わせると59%の方が定期的にカラダを動かしていることがわかります。
ではどのようにカラダを動かしているのでしょうか。またどんなことにチャレンジしたいと思っているのでしょうか?

約20種類の運動・スポーツの回答がありました。その中で上位3つに上がっていたのはストレッチ・筋トレ・ウォーキングでした。これらは特別な道具を揃えなくとも実践できるという「お手軽さ」が共通しています。
※「運動」は体を動かすこと、「スポーツ」は記録や順位を競うことを意味しています。

学生の頃は授業や部活でほぼ毎日カラダを動かしていた人が多いと思います。でも、本当に体を動かすことが必要なのは新陳代謝が衰えてくる大人になってからです。
いきなりスポーツジムに入会したり、高価な道具やウェアを揃えて『さあはじめよう!』と挑むのはハードルが高いですよね。
秋は体を動かすのに気持ちのいい季節。手軽に始められることからスタートして、運動やスポーツを「思い出」にしない生活を始めてみませんか?
